Judge Lending
Loans, arranged by people who know your numbers
Judge Lending arranges home, investment, SMSF, commercial and asset finance, working alongside Judge Accountants in the same office. Your broker and your accountant talk to each other, so the loan is structured properly for tax, the paperwork is ready, and business owners get a fair hearing from lenders.

Why a broker who works with your accountant
Your accountant is in the conversation
Lenders want financials and tax returns. When your accountant and your broker are in the same building, the documents are ready, the income is presented properly, and the structure is decided before the application goes in, not after.
Structured for tax, not just for approval
Which entity borrows, offset or redraw, interest-only or principal and interest, and how a loan is split all affect your tax for years. We get that right at the start.
Self-employed borrowers understood
Business owners are often told no by banks that don’t understand their financials. We know how to present business income, add-backs and company structures to lenders who do.
A choice of lenders
Banks and non-bank lenders compared on rate, fees, features and how they assess your situation, then chosen together with you.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge a fee?
Brokers are usually paid a commission by the lender once the loan settles. [check: confirm whether Judge Lending charges clients any fee, and in which cases]
Why use a broker instead of going to my bank?
Your bank can only offer its own loans. A broker compares loans from a range of lenders, handles the application and follows it through to settlement. For home loans, mortgage brokers are legally required to act in your best interests.
Do I need to be a Judge Accountants client?
No. Anyone can use Judge Lending. If you are a client, we can work with your accountant directly (with your permission), which usually makes the application faster.
I’m self-employed. Can I still get a loan?
Usually, yes. Most lenders want two years of tax returns and financial statements, and some accept one year or other evidence of income. Having your returns up to date makes the biggest difference, and that’s where your accountant helps.
