For parking, Westfield Penrith and the Soper Place car park are both a short walk, or tell us when you book and we’ll reserve a spot for you in the building. I’m a subcontractor on an ABN. Should I set up a company?
Not always. If most of your income comes from one client for your own labour, the personal services income rules can mean a company or trust saves no tax at all and just adds cost. We look at who you work for and how, then tell you whether a structure is worth it.
Is your Penrith office easy to get to from St Marys?
Yes. It’s a short train ride from St Marys to Penrith station and a few minutes’ walk to Belmore Street, or about the same drive along the Great Western Highway. Or skip the trip and meet us by video.
