Do I have to use all your services?
No. Most clients start with one, usually business tax or a personal return, and add others when they need them. The advantage of one firm is that your accountant, bookkeeper, planner and broker are working from the same numbers.
Are your fees really fixed?
Yes. Business, bookkeeping, personal and SMSF fees are published on our pricing page. Anything outside a package is quoted as a fixed fee before we start.
Do you work with clients outside Western Sydney?
Yes. Plenty of clients work with us entirely by phone, video and the client portal.
