Our Richmond office is at 317 Windsor Street, Richmond, a short drive from Windsor or a few stops on the Richmond line. There’s parking at or near the office. Plenty of Windsor clients never come in at all and work with us by phone, video and the client portal.

How it works
- Book a free consultation, up to an hour, in Penrith, in Richmond or by video. Bring last year’s return and your current software login if you have one.
- We quote a fixed fee and send an engagement letter the same week.
- We set up or tidy up your software and take over lodgements with the ATO.
- We meet before 30 June every year to plan the tax year ahead.

Do you have an office near Windsor?
Yes. Our Richmond office at 317 Windsor Street is a short drive away and open Monday to Friday. You can also see us in Penrith or by video.
Is a flood insurance payout taxable for my business?
It depends on what the payout replaces. Money for lost stock or lost income is generally taxable, while a payout for a damaged building or equipment is treated differently and can affect depreciation and capital gains. Some government disaster grants are tax-free and some aren’t. We work through each one.
How much does an accountant cost if I live in Windsor?
Our fees are published and the same wherever you are. A sole-trader package is $80 + GST a month, a company or trust compliance package is $330 + GST a month, and an individual tax return starts at $285 + GST. Bookkeeping is from $90 + GST a week.
Do I need to come into the office?
No. You can see us in Penrith or Richmond, or work with us entirely by phone, video and the client portal.
Can you take over from my current accountant mid-year?
Yes. We handle the ATO agent nomination and the handover of your file, and we don’t charge for the switch.
